Registration Questions
How do I view these pages?
-
Register for access
-
I've registered - why don't I have access?
The quickest way to get access is to ensure you register with an email address connected to your company domain - e.g. alex@mytheatre.org.
This will allow us to automatically synch your record to your company and email you to confirm access within a few minutes.
If you don't have an email address linked to your domain, we'll need to manually check who you are. This may take a little longer, and occasionally we may reach out to you to double check your connection to an organization.
-
Why are you doing it this way?
We want to make these pages as useful as possible to you - with full, detailed demo recordings, contract information, and more.
Restricting access to the pages allows us to share far more information than we would on the open web, and ensure you just have one place to find everything you need to know.
Troubleshooting
-
I had access, but I seem to have lost it
If you try to access pages from a different device, use an anonymous browser, or clear your cookies or cache, you may be asked to register again.
To retain access, bookmark the page, enable cookies, and log in from the same device and browser - that way we'll always know who you are.

Where are your servers located?
Spektrix uses Microsoft Azure's Cloud Datacentres, with primary and secondary sites (for real-time system backup) located in Europe. Spektrix is PCI Level 1 compliant and holds ISO 27001 certification - the internationally recognized gold standard in information security.
The features of Spektrix provide plenty of ways to meet the requirements of PIPEDA (Canadian data protection legislation), and from a data processing perspective Spektrix meets security standards required by PIPEDA (as our ISO 27001 accreditation demonstrates).

How do revenue payouts work with Spektrix?
Revenue is deposited directly to your bank account roughly two days after transaction
Contracts & Pricing

What if we've just paid for annual support through Theatre Manager?
Regardless of when you renewed your annual Theatre Manager agreement, the first year on Spektrix will be budget neutral.
Whether your contract has recently renewed or comes up for renewal before you go live with your Spektrix system, you'll be credited the amount of unused months of your Theatre Manager contract towards equivalent free months of your Spektrix contract - therefore ensuring you are never "double-paying".
For instance, if you paid your annual fee to Theatre Manager in the beginning of May, and go live with Spektrix beginning of September, you'll have 8 free months of your Spektrix contract carry over and then pay the equivalent monthly rate (your Theatre Manager annual fee divided by 12) for the remaining 4 months of your first year live with Spektrix.
-
Is web hosting an additional cost?
You'll continue to need your own main website, but everything related to purchasing and transactions is provided and supported by Spektrix at no additional cost.
You can see examples of our purchase pathway on the Implementation page.
