We've designed a pricing plan to ease you into the Spektrix Community with a single-year contract, giving you time to grow revenue and build team capacity.
Send me my contract for review
Request your contract and we'll calculate your introductory pricing based on your ticket sales and earned revenue.
We'll send a draft contract back to you along with our terms and conditions and other key information.
If you're tax exempt, we'll need a copy of your certificate alongside your signed contract in order to bill you correctly.

- Implementation project management
Led by our expert project management team, this includes shadowing, process review, system set up and process mapping, hardware setup, access to integration specialists where required, data migration and pre- and post-go live training. - Data migration from Theatre Manager, and any connected systems, to Spektrix
Led by our team of data migration engineers, this is managed as part of the implementation project. - Expert support, training and consultancy
Our team of client success specialists provides day to day support, training and consultancy by phone, online and in person. - 24/7 access to the Spektrix Support Centre

What's not included
A small number of costs are excluded from your service charge, giving you the flexibility to scale your technology, website and hardware budgets to meet your organization's needs over time.
- Card processing fees and chargebacks, which are added to your service charge as a percentage of each transaction
- API or iframe-based web integrations, charged by your web developer
We'll get you up and running with our white label purchase pathway, Spektrix Link, at no additional cost. If in the future you'd like to work with a web develop to create more customized online journeys, we'll provide full support and documentation to help web developers complete this integration, along with ready-made iframes and web components, an administrator interface to configure your system to match your brand, and an API to power rich web applications. - Additional hardware (Ticket printers, scanners, etc)
Spektrix works on any reasonably up to date computer with an internet connection, as well as on Android tablets. Often your existing ticket office hardware will work with Spektrix, but if that's not the case then we can help you select from a choice of Spektrix-friendly options. - Any optional partner solutions listed in the Spektrix Partner Directory
We provide open and free access to our API to developers who want to integrate their products with Spektrix. We also provide support and documentation to help them complete any integrations using our existing API and integration tools.

What we'll need to know before we set up your contract
- We'll need to know some information about your current pricing and revenue, including:
- Current payments to Theatre Manager
- The number of tickets and merchandise items you process annually
- Your total annual gross income from ticket sales and merchandise
- We'll also ask you for some practical information or evidence, to ensure we're billing you correctly:
- Your billing currency, in US or Canadian dollars
- Your tax exemption status, and a copy of your certificate if that applies
